This is pretty simple. Nothing complicated here. There are two ways to do this:

Booking Fee + Sales: 

A $400 booking fee is required to reserve the time for your event. This gets you:

• A reservation for your event 
• The trailer set up and ready to serve 
• 1-2 employees to work your event
• Our full drink menu including the specialty drinks (yes, even our Star drinks)
• 2 hours of serving time. Each additional hour is $75 

With this package, what we sell, we keep. Please note: Until the booking fee is paid, you are not guaranteed a reservation. 

Booking Fee + Tab: 

The only difference between this and the Booking Fee + Sales is that we keep track of which drinks are served and the quantity and the event host pays instead of the customer. After the event, we invoice you for the drinks served.

This is good for customer appreciation day, corporate celebrations, events, and anything where employees or guests will have their drinks covered.
